Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your Order ID and email address or phone number to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  After approval, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours via our trusted courier partners.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse and passing the quality inspection, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
